ICAI CA Final And CPT Exam Result 2017 Expected Today; Know How to Check

NEW DELHI:  The anticipation is high for the result for the Chartered Accountants Final examination held in May 2017 and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) held in June 2017. The result is expected to be declared today. As per a notice published on the official website of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) the result is likely to be released on the website around 2:00 pm. The institute will also release the merit list along with the result. The Merit list will comprise of the names of such students who secure minimum 55% marks and up to 50th rank in the final exam in accordance with the decision of the Examination Committee. 

As per estimates, a total of 1,32,007 students appeared in the CA final examination. While more than 90,000 students appeared in the CPT exam held in June 2017 at 372 centres across the globe.

How to check CA Final Exam and CPT 2017 Result?

CPT 2017 and CA Final Exam result will be available on Icaiexam.icai.org at 2:00 pm
The result will be available on the official website: icaiexam.icai.org. The result will also be available through SMS. To receive results through SMS, students can send an SMS to 58888 in the following format:

For CA final exam result type CAFNL <space> Your six digit final exam roll number

For CPT result type CACPT <space> Your six digit CPT roll number
