Jeremy Vine wants daughters to have equal pay even though he out-earns huge proportion of his female BBC colleagues

Yesterday, the BBC bosses faced a huge backlash after revealing its highest-paid stars are raking in millions each year - while the gender pay gap was all too evident.

Radio 2 presenter Vine was also revealed to be one of the top earners yesterday after his £700,000-£749,999 wage packet was unveiled.
